Framing with Filters Unlimited
Our Goal This tutorial is my own creation playing with Filters Unlimited. Any resemblance to other tutorials is purely coincidental. This tutorial was made using PSP7, but should be easily accomplished using any version of PSP.

Lets Begin!2. Add a border of 25 using #40FF40 as your background color. 3. Go to Effects/Plugins/ICNet Software/Filters Unlimited, the following dialogue box will open.
![]() Select Buttons & Frames from the first column and Gradient Frame from the second column. On the right, make the Frame size 45 and the Gradient Offset 0. Click on the color strip on the bottom middle and the following will open:
![]() For the above image, I chose number 4 color setting. You can pick which ever will match your image. Be certain to look at all the different colors because some have waves and some don't. The waves is what created this frame. 4. Select a complimentary color from your image as your image and add a border of 15. You can apply any textures, patterns, etc. to this portion of the border. For this tutorial, I went to Effects > Texture Effects > Fine Leather with the following settings:
