Former Resident Dies At
N.Y. Hospital

Mrs. Mary A. Hanney, seventy, a native of Ossining, died yesterday
morning in the New York Hospital. She was the widow of John J. HANNEY,
for many years a New York City Water Supply Department official.

Mrs. Hanney was born in Ossining and lived here until about 10 years ago
when she moved to Woodside, L.I.

Surviving are four children, Mrs. Mae E. Hutman of Brooklyn; Mrs. Alice
C. Coleman and Mrs. Florence Duggan of Woodside, L.I.; James R. Hanney of
Brooklyn. Also three Grandchildren, William R. Fralich, Stanley R. COLEMAN
and William J. Duggan, Jr. of Woodside, and one half sister,
Mrs George S. Booth of City Island, N.Y.

Funeral services will take place at 9 A.M. Wednesday in St. Teresa's Catholic
Church, Woodside. Interment will be in St. Augustine's Cemetery, Ossining, at
about 11:30 A.M.
