Our Goal
This tutorial is my own creation, any resemblance to any others is purely coincidental.
For this tutorial you will need:
JASC's PaintShop Pro-
Eye Candy 4000
Decorations to your liking
Lets Begin!
1. Open a new image, 600 x 400 and flood fill with any dark color
2. Add a layer.
3. Set your stroke color to white, and the fill color to null. Using the Preset Shapes Tool, and the Heart 1, with line width set to 15, draw a heart on the left side of your canvas.
4. Go to Layers/Duplicate, Image/Mirror. Then slide the heart over until it's overlapping as shown in the image below.
5. Using the eraser tool, carefully erase the overlaping parts of the heart as shown below.
6. Go to the layers palette, using the toggle, turn off layer 1. Go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible.
7. Selections/Select All, Selections/Float. Effects/Plugins/EyeCandy 4000/Glass and use the Ruby Glass Preset
8. Now you can decorate your frame as you like. For this one, I used a divider as the base and applied the same EC4000 Glass preset as pictured below.
