Spiky Halo Image Frame

Lets Begin!2. Add a border of 8 using #40FF40 as your background color. 3. Select this border with your magic wand and flood fill with a GOLD pattern. While keeping your border selected, go to EFFECTS/3D EFFECTS/CHISEL. Add a chisel of 5 using the background color. Deselect. 4. Select a contrasting color from your image and ADD a border of 30. With your magic wand, select the border you just added. 5. Go to EFFECTS/3D EFFECTS/CHISEL and add a chisel of 5 using the background color. DO NOT Deselect. 6. Choose PATTERN for your fill, and select your image as the pattern. Scale = 50, Angel = 0. DO NOT Deselect. 7. Go to EFFECTS/GEOMETRIC EFFECTS/SPIKY HALO and use the following settings: ![]() Deselect.
8. Add a border of 8 using #40FF40 as your background color. 9. Select this border with your magic wand and flood fill with a GOLD pattern. While keeping your border selected, go to EFFECTS/3D EFFECTS/CHISEL. Add a chisel of 5 using the background color. DO NOT Deselect. 10.
