Our Goal |
Step 2:
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer called Frame. Flood Fill with abg-framefill.jpg. Go Selections/Load from Disk and choose abg-centerfog.sel. Hit your Delete key. Go Selections/Invert, and apply the following Inner Bevel or any other of your choosing.
Step 3:
Open the Design10.tub, resize by 50%, Go Effects/Sharpen/Sharpen.
Then go Edit/Copy, go back to your working image, Go to Edit/Paste/Paste as a New Layer.
Using the Move tool, move the tub into the top left corner.
Step 4:
Go Layers/Duplicate, Image/Mirror. Turn off all layers except the design layer, then go Layers/Merge Visible. Next go Layers/Duplicate, Image/Flip, align if necessary. Hide Layer 1, Go Layers/Merge Visible, rename this layer Frame.
Step 5:
Make Layer 1 active, Go to Layers/New Raster Layer called Image. Go Selections/Load from Disk and choose abg-centerfog.sel. Go Selections/Modify/Expand, Number of pixels = 10. Make the Fog_image active, Go Edit/Copy. Go back to your image, Go Edit/Paste/Into Selection. De-Select.

Step 6:
With the image layer active, Go to Layers/New Raster Layer called light. With your Picture Tub Tool, select the H Sparkle Yellow.tub (included in the zip), scale set to 10, and put a single sparkle in the center of the lighthouse, like so:
Step 7:
With the image layer active, Go to Layers/New Raster Layer called Clouds. Go to Effects/Plug-In Fliters/MuRa's Meister/Cloud, select the fog preset
Step 8:
a. Go Image, Resize and resize your image by 75%, make sure you have Resize all Layers and Maintain aspect ratio box checked. Next, make 3 copies of you image by pressing Shift + D key 3 times.
b. On the first image, using the Mover tool, grab the clouds layer and move it sightly down and to the left. Go Layers merge visible, save as 1.psp file.
c. On the second image, turn off the layer with the light, using the Mover tool, grab the clouds layer and move it sightly down and to the left, a little past where you moved for the first image. Go Layers merge visible, save as 2.psp file.
d. Repeat above for the last to images and save as 3.psp & 4.psp.
Step 9:
Open Jasc Animation Shop, select the Wizard Tool, Follow the Wizard through all the panels, making the following selections:
Same size as first image frame
Transparent
Upper left corner of the frame
With the Canvas Color
Yes, Repeat the Animation Indefinately
How long to display each frame 75
Add Images, in the following order 1,2,3,4
Select Finish
