Weaved Image using Lattice Composer
Using the image below we are going to make the image above:
This tutorial is my own creation, any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.
This tutorial is written using PSP8, however you should be able to use any version of PSP.
Items needed to complete this tutorial:

Let's get started....
First, right click on the image above and select "Save Picture As" to save it to your computer.
Step 1:
Shift D 2 times to make 2 copies of your original image.
Step 2:
On your first copy, go to Effects/Plugins/Redfield/Lattice Composer and apply the Weaved 4 preset, set aside.
Step 3:
On your second copy, select your Freehand Selection Tool, Feather 10 and outline the Angel as close to her body as you can. NOTE: Since we selected a Feather of 10, don't worry if you run make your selection over the angel.
Step 4:
Go to Edit/Copy, then back to your first copy of the image and go Edit/Paste/Paste as New Layer. Use the mover tool to adjust the image where you want it.
I chose to place the image over the original.
Step 5:
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow and apply H & V = 3, Opacity = 92, Blur = 4.7
Step 6:
Go to Layers/Merge/Merge All Flatten
Step 7:
Set your Foreground color to White, then go to Image/Add Borders and add a 5 pixel symmetrical border. Using your magic wand, select your border and fill with your favorite gold fill.
Step 8:
Go to Selections/Invert/Selections/Float. Then go to Effects/3D Effects/Cutout and apply the following cutout:
Now apply another cutout but change H & V to minus -5.
DeSelect.
Step 9:
Shift D and make a copy of your image.
Step 10:
Go to Image/Add Borders and add another border of 15. Select this border with your magic want, and flood fill with the copy of the image you just made. Set the scale to 50.
Step 11:
Go to Effects/Plugins/Simple/Zoom Out and Flip
Step 12:
Go to Effects/Plugins/Filters Unlimited and apply the following setting
Deselect.
Step 13:
Make sure your Foreground color is still set to White, then go to Image/Add Borders and add a 5 pixel symmetrical border. Using your magic wand, select your border and fill with your favorite gold fill.
Step 14:
Go to Selections/Invert/Selections/Float. Then go to Effects/3D Effects/Cutout and apply the same cutout as in Step 8.
