My Angel Girl
For this tutorial you will need:

This tutorial was made in PSP7, there should be no problem making it in any other version.
My selections and other files are HERE
Selections go where you keep your selections, open the rest in PSP.
D_Gold_fold.bmp complements of Dee's Enchanted Expressions.
When you begin this or any other projects, you should save as you go. Start your project and then do a File/Save as and save it to a folder where you normally keep PSP projects. Then save (CTRL S) after every step or so. Saving often really helps cut down on the frustration of losing it when or if those lovely Illegal Operations happen or your 'puter just feels like freezing up!!
1. Open a new image 500x310 transparent background.
2. Create a new layer and name it "Feet". Go to Selections, load from Disk, open abg_legs.sel, Flood fill with Black, Go Selections, Modify, Contract 1, Flood fill with #FED6CE.
DO NOT Deselect.
Go to Selections, Float, Effects, 3-D, Cutout using the settings below..
Deselect.
3. Create a new layer and name it "Dress". Go to Selections, load from Disk, open abg_skirt.sel, Flood fill with Black, Go Selections, Modify, Contract 1, Flood fill with the dress.jpg.
DO NOT Deselect.
To pick the dress.jpg pattern, click on the small arrow in the Styles box and choose the pattern option.
Click on the Styles box and click on the arrow bar next to the preview window. Find the dress.jpg, set the scale to 100% and the angle to 90.
Go to Selections, Float, Effects, 3-D, Cutout using the settings below..
Deselect.
4. On the same layer, go Selections, load from Disk open abg_dress_band.sel, Flood fill with Black, go Selections, Modify, Contract 1, Flood fill with the D_Gold_Fold pattern, Scale 100, Angel 90. DO NOT Deselect.
Go Selections, Float, Effects, 3-D, Cutout using the settings below...
Deselect.
5. On the same layer again, go Selections, load from Disk open abg_top.sel, Flood fill with Black, go Selections, Modify, Contract 1, Flood fill with the dress.jpg.
DO NOT Deselect.
Go Selections, Float, Effects, 3-D, Cutout use the same settings as for the skirt. Deselect.
6. Create a new layer and name it "Arms". Go to Selections, load from Disk, open abg_arms.sel. Flood fill with Black, go Selections, Modify, Contract 1, Flood fill with #FED6CE.
DO NOT Deselect.
Go Selections, Float, Effects, 3-D, Cutout use the settings in #2 above. Deselect.
7. Create a new layer and name it "Sleeves". Go Selections, load from Disk, open abg_sleeves.sel. Flood fill with Black, go Selections, Modify, Contract 1, Flood fill with the dress.jpg pattern. DO NOT Deselect.
Go Selections, Float, Effects, 3-D, Cutout using the skirt settings above.
8. Create a new layer and name it "Head". Go to Selections, load from Disk, open abg_head.sel, Flood fill with Black, Modify, Contract 1, Flood fill with #FED6CE.
DO NOT Deselect.
Go Selections, Float, Effects, 3-D, Cutout use as in #2. Deselect.
9. Create a new layer and name it "Hair". Go Selections, load from Disk, open abg_hair.sel. Flood fill with Black, go Selections, Modify, Contract 1, Flood fill with #DEB56B.
DO NOT Deselect.
Go Selections, Float, Effects, 3-D, Cutout using the settings below..
Deselect.
10. On the same layer, go to Selections, load from Disk, open abg_hairbands.sel. Flood fill with Black, go Selections, Modify, Contract 1, Flood fill with the D_Gold_Fold pattern, Scale 100, Angel 90.
DO NOT Deselect.
Go Selections, Float, Effects, 3-D, Cutout using the settings below..
Deselect.
11. On the same layer, Go to Selections, load from Disk, open abg_hairdetails.sel. Flood fill with Black. Deselect.
12. Create a new layer and name it "Eyes". Go Selections, load from Disk, open abg_eyes.sel. Flood fill with Black. Deselect. Using your magic wand, hold down the Shift key and click inside each of the eyes, Flood fill with White. Deselect
13. Create a new layer and name it "Inner Eyes". Using the preshapes tool, set to circle, Stroke = Null, Fill = Black, draw an oval shape for the pupil of the eye. Go Effects, 3-D, Inner Bevel and apply the following settings...
Next, go edit, copy, edit paste as a new selection. While you still have the marching ants around your image, arrange over the other eye. Deselect
14. Create a new layer and name it "Face". Go Selections, load from Disk, open abg_face.sel. Flood fill with Black. Deselect.
15. Create a new layer and name it "Details". Go Selections, load from Disk, open details.sel. Flood fill with Black. Deselect.
16. In your layer pallette, activate the layer called "Dress". Go Selections, load from Disk, open abg_dressdetails, Flood fill with Black. Deselect.
17. Open the wings2.tub included in your zip. Go edit copy, edit paste as new layer. Go Layers, Arrange, send to bottom. Arrange the wings to what pleases you.
NOTE: If you want to change the color of your wings as I did in the example above, go to Colors, Colorize and play with the Hue and Saturation until you find a color that appeals to you. I changed the Hue to 170 and the Saturation to 44 to make the wings blue.
18. Save your Angel, you're finished!
