Make a small teardrop in the center of your image and position like so,

Now we need to bevel the body. Go Selections/Select All, Selections/Float, Selections/Modify/Expand by 1 pixel. Go Effects/3d Effects/Inner Bevel, with the following settings:

Do not De-Select.
Step 3:
Lets give this little angel some color. Go to Colors/Colorize and play with the setting until you find a color that pleases you. I chose these settings.

De-Select.
Step 4:
Our angel is in need of some wings. You can use the wings included in the zip file, or your own. I chose the irwings.psp reduced by 50% with the following results:

Step 5:
Go to Layers/New Raster Layer name this layer Head. Set your Preshapes Tool to Ellipse, background color white, foreground color null. Draw a small circle for the head. Go Selections/Select All, Selections/Float, and apply the same inner bevel we used on the body. Go to Colors/Colorize and use the same setting you chose before.

What you do with her now is completely up to you. Decorate her as you wish.
