Using PhotoShop Filters with
Paint Shop Pro
To use Photoshop filters with PSP, you must have these 2 *.dll files:
1. put the Plugin.dll (96 or later) in your C:/Windows folder (just copy/paste)
2. put the msvcrt10.dll (93 or later) in the C:/ Windows SYSTEM folder
3. put the photoshop.8bf in a folder (make one) and put it in your Plugins folder.
Example:
In your PSP 6 Filters, Go to images, plugins, look for Adjust then Variations
In your PSP 7 Filters, Go Effects, plugins, look for Adjust when Variations
Under File Preferences, make sure you have your plugins directed to the directory
containing your plugin filter folder.
